It’s a chance for us to check the vibe, have a chat, and help you decide if I’m the right celebrant for you.  I’ve set aside some special evening slots just for this—Tuesday or Wednesday. Legals taken care of
All the legal stuff? Sorted. I’ll complete and lodge all the legal documents with Births, Deaths & Marriages (BDM) on your behalf within 14 days of your ceremony.
Ceremonial Certificate
- A beautiful keepsake
You’ll receive a special keepsake certificate on the day—something unique, thoughtfully prepared ahead of time, and ready to sign during the Ceremony with a Mont Blanc pen for that little extra touch of elegance. Just a heads up though—it’s not the official marriage certificate, so you won’t be able to use it for legal things like changing your name or updating records. Need the real deal? I can help organise that through Births, Deaths & Marriages—just let me know!

Quality PA System
If you're expecting more than 20 guests, a professional PA system can make all the difference. For just $100, I can provide a high-quality sound system to ensure every word of your ceremony is heard loud and clear—no matter where your guests are seated.

Candle ritual or
Sand Ceremony
Add a special moment to your ceremony with a candle lighting or sand blending ritual. These symbolic gestures are a beautiful way to express unity, involve loved ones, and bring an extra layer of meaning to your day. Most rituals can be included for $100, which covers planning, any items needed, and additional setup time. Have another ritual in mind? I’d love to hear it! I'm always open to incorporating unique ideas that reflect your story and values.

Wedding Rehearsal
Want to boost your chances of a seamless ceremony? I offer a rehearsal the day before (ideally at the same time as your actual ceremony) to help everyone feel confident and prepared. The rehearsal is just $150, and there’s no travel fee if your venue is within 30 minutes of my home base. Let’s walk through it together—so you can relax and enjoy the real thing!
Optional:
Official Marriage Certificate from your state BDM
There are 3 types of marriage certificates: 1. The official marriage certificate—can be used for identification purposes and proof of change of name through marriage 2. A ceremonial marriage certificate— a beautiful keepsake from your day, given to you by your celebrant (you can't use this one to prove your relationship). 3. A commemorative marriage certificate provided by the QLD BDM. I am happy to apply for your official marriage certificate at the time of submitting your marriage documents to Births, Deaths, & Marriages for $75 (which includes registered post), alternatively - you can organise this yourselves for a little less. Just a little extra service if the convenience works for you. Please let me know if you would like me to include.
